CitiDirect Mobile – improvements introduced on the weekend June 14 - 15, 2014

We are pleased to inform that we have made the following modifications to the Authorize and Release tabs in CitiDirect Mobile:

• we have improved the navigation in the search filters
• Users will now see full debit account numbers and Beneficiary account numbers
• new field ‘Preformat Code’ was introduced to indicate which template was used to create the payment

We invite you to read the CitiDirect Mobile User Manual available in the ‘Manuals’ section.

We hope that the changes we introduced will improve your everyday work in CitiDirect.
