CitiDirect for your iPad has arrived!

Make sure to benefit from new CitiDirect BE Tablet application already available on iPads. CitiDirect BE Tablet provides quick and easy access to the key functions of your accounts, enabling you to:

• Authorize and release payments
• Authorize and release batch payments
• View current balances of:
     - your domestic Citibank accounts
     - your accounts held with Citibank all over the world
• Access interactive visualizations in the form of maps and charts
• Filter the view of accounts

How to start using CitiDirect BE Tablet?

To begin using CitiDirect BE Tablet select the Tablet access option on the ‘CitiDirect/CitiDirect EB - Activation/Configuration’ intake form and deliver the filled out form to the Bank. After the Bank activates the service for you, install the application and log in using your SafeWord card in the same way you would do it while logging to CitiDirect. Now you can begin your experience with the application!
