CitiDirect offers various configuration options that will adjust the software to your individual needs. For example, you may define your preferred date format, default account to be debited with new outgoing payments, and criteria for balance and transaction summary inquiries. You can also choose a function that will be opened automatically after logging on to the program. You may even rebuild the menu and assign your own names to its particular components. Configuration options are available in the Preferences menu (bottom left section of the screen), in My Preferences and Custom Settings sections.
