In the Maintenance menu select - Library Maintenance, highlight Payments - Preformat and click on OK. After that, click on New and follow as if you were creating a new funds transfer. An alternative option is to click on Submit and Create Preformat (instead of Submit) when saving a new payment.
You can do this before a transfer is sent to the Bank. A person who is authorizing or releasing a transfer may send it for repair or reject it (using buttons in the bottom section of the screen). An alternative option to correct a transfer is to find it in Payments, go to the tab: Input/Modify, search for the transfer, go to its details, correct them as required and submit. If a transaction has been sent to the Bank, please contact our CitiService (tel. (22) 690 19 81).
Select Payments in the menu, go to the View tab, find a given transfer and check its status in the Status column. The status CB Accepted / Processed means that the transfer was received by the Bank. If it is booked, you may find it via Inquiries (e.g. Transaction Summary Inquiry) or Reports (link to Inquiries and Reports Manual).
This problem is caused by allocation of memory to Java software.
By default, Oracle Java can only use 32 MB of RAM. You may change this to 64 MB in default settings and increase this volume to 256 MB, if needed.
Go to Control Panel and select Java and Java tab.
Click on View and in the Runtime Parameters column enter:
-Xms64m –Xmx256m
The value in the column may be increased by double-clicking on it and, then, on OK, to accept.
