New functionality

Event Notifications is a free-of-charge service available in CitiDirect that sends, to a pre-defined email address, instant, automatic confirmations of:

• - current account balance,
• - debit or credit operations,
• - credit operations that contain pre-defined transaction details.

The Customer needs not to search through CitiDirect for an expected transaction – the system will send an email message after it is recorded on the account or at a time defined by the Customer.
The key advantages of the new service include no fees charge and ease of configuration.

The Customer is required to sign the document: Application for adding the option to send Event Notifications from accounts. Please sign the form and send it to:
