In order to increase the ease and efficiency of your work with CitiDirect, we have introduced more improvements to the CitiDirect BE portal homepage. We encourage you to benefit today from the new, convenient widgets:
1) Account Balances (new!)
The widget was redesigned with new, intuitive look and additional options, ensuring that from now on checking account balances will be even easier. The view can be adjusted; the account balances can be filtered by currency, while the accounts that are to be displayed inside the widgets are specified by the User.
2) Payments Pending Action (new!)
The Authorize and Release functions, previously available in the Quick Tasks widget have been moved to the new, optimized Pending Payment Action widget. The widget enables convenient management of pending actions related to payments and file import. Two view modes are available: the list view and card view.
3) Reports Manager
The Reports Manager widget allows to intuitive report management directly from CitiDirect BE Portal homepage. Thanks to the widget it is now possible to not only download reports and check their status but also to modify report criteria or generate the report again right on the homepage.
How to add new widgets?
To add the helpful widgets to your homepage, please go to Customize Homepage tab and choose the widgets that interest you by clicking Add as shown below:
