We would like to inform you that starting from 11th May 2015 you will be able to work in two new modules of the system – Reports & Analytics and Inquiries & Searches – available directly on the CitiDirect BE Portal, with no need to open the CitiDirect Services window.
Note: All of the CitiDirect Services functionalities used by you before will remain as they were and your workflow will continue unchanged. The new modules are introduced on the dual access basis, which means they are an additional way of accessing the current report and search functionality in CitiDirect.
For the convenience of CitiDirect Users, the existing customized settings will be retained in the new modules as well.
