IMPORTANT: On 14th February 2015 CitiDirect login requirements will change. Please make sure to have TLS protocol enabled in your settings and to use an up-to-date Java version!

In order to increase the security of your login via CitiDirect BE Portal (https://portal.citidirect.com), as well as your work with CitiDirect, on 14th February 2015, we will disable the SSL 3.0 protocol (Secure Sockets Layer version 3.0) for CitiDirect and enable TLS 1.0 protocol (Transport Layer Security 1.0), that ensures better protection against the POODLE attacks.

To prevent any issues with access to CitiDirect on and after February 14th, please ensure that the TLS 1.0 protocol is enabled in the settings of your Internet browser and settings of Java Control Panel.

Beginning February 14th, Users who have not performed the above changes of settings in order to enable TLS 1.0 protocol, will not be able to log into CitiDirect BE Portal or launch CitiDirect.

Please be aware that the above information is applicable also for the Clients who use the Trade Finance and Trade Services products Citi Trade Portal.

Important: From 14th February 2015 CitiDirect will require an up-to-date version of Java software (the list of certified Java versions is available in the manual below).
