CitiDirect – new transaction advice option available now!

We are pleased to inform you that as of today CitiDirect clients can use a new option to generate transaction advices i.e. Bank receipt confirmations for the payment orders placed by the client. Transaction Advice is available for Domestic (Ordinary Payment, Social Security Payment, Internal Revenue Payment) and Cross Border payment types in ‘CB accepted’ or ‘Processed’ status.

Just a few steps!

To generate Transaction Advice:

1. Select “My Transactions & Services” in the CitiDirect Main Menu
2. Go to “View All” tab
3. Search for a payment and go to payment details screen
4. Click on “Other options” in the bottom right corner of the screen and select “View Transaction Advice” – Transaction Advice will be available under “Favorite Reports” link
