We are pleased to inform that we have enabled free of charge tablet access for active CitiDirect Users. The service is available via CitiDirect BE Tablet application on select tablets with the iOS and Android operating systems.

Designed for the institutional Users at the senior level, CitiDirect BE Tablet provides quick and easy access to the key functions of your accounts, enabling you to:

• View current balances of:
     - your domestic Citibank accounts
     - your accounts held with Citibank all over the world
• Access interactive visualizations in the form of maps and charts
• Filter the view of accounts

While using CitiDirect via CitiDirect BE Tablet application the Users will retain the same entitlements which were previously assigned to them in the CitiDirect system, within the scope of the functionality available in the app.

How to start using CitiDirect BE Tablet?

If you already are a CitiDirect User:

1. Check if your tablet is on the list of devices compliant with the app. Download CitiDirect BE Tablet application on the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in with your SafeWord card, the same way you would log in to the main CitiDirect system.
