Upgrade to the new CitiDirect and new login address.

CitiDirect® Online Banking (CitiDirect) is evolving in the coming weeks into new CitiDirect accessible via the CitiDirect BE^SM portal, a next-generation banking services portal. This upgrade means also that the login address to the system from that moment will change to https://portal.citidirect.com

Access to the system via the CitiDirect BE^SM portal delivers you the improved user experience via a contemporary portal interface and enhanced navigation in the system. In the future, such way of access will facilitate the introduction of new features thus leveraging a single-entry portal access.

You will receive further communications on the planned upgrade via:

• • e-mail,
• • CitiDirect Broadcast Message,
• • www.citidirect.pl website

REQUESTED ACTION: In order to receive all upgrade email communications, please ensure that your user profile includes a valid e-mail address.

To update your email address follow the steps below:

• • After logging into CitiDirect, click on Preferences on the bottom left hand corner of CitiDirect, and then click on   Update Email Address.
• • A box will appear, please input your valid email address and then click on Update Now.

This upgrade is structured to ensure continuity of your operations. The hardware and software requirements are consistent with the current CitiDirect standards.
