Please be informed that since May 2011 a new service was implemented in the CitiDierct – confirmation of executed domestic (local) funds transfers.
In order to generate a confirmation of the transaction, while it is being created at CitiDirect, please enter - ITC (three letter word mark preceded by a dash) in the ‘Payment Details’ field. This mark may be entered in any of the four lines provided in the above field.
To activate the service, please contact your Relationship Manager at the CitiService.
Confirmations of the executed domestic transactions will be sent as PDF files to the current e-mail address where the bank e-statements are delivered.
If a Client receives e-statements only in CitiDirect and needs to receive confirmations of single transfer to an e-mail address, an instruction has to be signed and delivered to the Bank. The instruction can be found under the following link:

The files are encrypted - to open them, you need to enter the valid password used for opening e-statements.
